Yesterday my son sent me some pictures which he had took in Iceland. At the moment my son is still there. He says the month of August is ideal for enjoying holiday in that Nordic island country situated in the North Atlantic Ocean.

Away From The Blue
It is truly unique. Just miles and miles of landscape. Makes me want to think of visiting now even though I don't like the cold. One more country in my bucket list but I must go during the summer months
To Kestrel, Mica, Paola and Veronica: the months of July and August are ideal for visiting that Nordic country, as it is located on the 66th parallel North (about 61 km South of the Arctic Circle).
The best place to spend this period of summer when the heat rules!
