Cloudy week

On this cloudy Monday fishermen's boats are all stalled because of rough sea. It seems the new week will be still cloudy. As a result, many Italian fishermen are working on the ground. They are repairing their fishing nets at the fishing port.

After I had taken a few pictures while I was walking close to the fishing port, I noticed that a seagull was on the roof of my car. I could see that the seagull was well fed, although it was still looking for food :-)  ... those creatures sometimes are close to the fishing port, as they have the opportuny to eat fishes that can't be delivered to the market.

With regards to fish dishes, I have heard that eating fish could help people who had lost interest in activities. According to some studies, people who eat fish regularly are much less likely to become depressed.

Hi Giorgio. I hope that even though the weather isn’t beautiful at your place is everything ok? You wrote about seagulls. I will tell you an interesting fact, that this past summer there was a whole flock of seagulls on my street! This is strange and interesting, because I don’t have very close to a major water object.
My friend I salute you

I live very far from the sea and have never seen seagulls. If people eat a lot of sea fish, they live long. They don't have thyroid problems.

Ciao Giorgio!
Buon weekend!

To Dark Miryam:

Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving a comment with such kind words :-) ... It's the first time I meet a blogging friend who lives here, in my town, Civitavecchia (about 70 kilometers North from Rome).

As you can see I like writing in English, due to the fact that this language has eased movement around the world. In addition, English allows us to integrate with other blogging communities.

Looking forward to watching another seagull :-) I'll visit your blog soon, Miryam.

Have a nice weekend!
