I didn't run a race this weekend. On this cloudy Sunday I ran 16 km (long run) with the group along the North side of the town and through a fall countryside. That long run went well although we ran the last 5 km against a strong wind.
Next week I won't write a post because I'm going to South Italy for work. But I'll try to follow the running challenges of our blogger community.

Verrai processato per tradimento. E a Grosseto chi difende i gloriosi colori del Cavaliere Nero? Io sono ferito ma se riesco ad allenarmi mercoledì e venerdì sarò ugualmente alla partenza anche se sarò costretto a correre molto lentamente. Invidio il tuo lungo attraverso la campagna.
Autumn in Italy is beautiful too!
Where I live there is always wind, especially in Autumn/Winter and I'm used to it. I prefer it above the Summer heat.

I know it's only for work but have a good trip.
I don't like wind much but sometimes it cools me down nicely and then I love it. My race this weekend was with a cold wind. Those are lovely pictures. Enjoy your week in South Italy!
