Rome and surrondings covered with snow

This morning the snow come back on Civitavecchia's rooftops. Of course, this afternoon I did a small relaxing  run along a beautiful path covered with snow, although it wasn't the same snow as some blogger friends can see in Minnesota or Quebec  :)

One of the things I love most about running is its simplicity: we don't mind running when the weather is snowy, windy or rainy.
We simply need our motivation.
Next Sunday I'm  going to run the Orbetello's 10 km Christmas race.
I hope that all you blogger friends will have a nice weekend!

I would love to see snow in Rome area. Last time we were there a couple of years ago in February it was cold but no snow. I bet kids love it, and as I can see from your blog, some runners enjoy it too.
Enjoy and just make sure not to slip.

Look at that, Giorgio finally got some white stuff in Italy! Just in time for Christmas:) I really don't mind running in it as long as it isn't icy:) Good luck with your holiday race...take a few pictures!

Have a great weekend Giorgio!

There's something just so beautiful about snow. I've only seen it once - when I was 10 years old - but I'll never forget how excited I was.

That looks so great! Nice that you could run in some snow. I'm sure you'll have a great 10k next week. Have a good weekend Giorgio!

I agree, the weather doesn't make a difference. It's all about motivation and I'm glad I had it today and went out for a run in snow at -4C.

Good luck at your race.

Those pictures are so pretty. I'm sure living there you don't always see the beauty.

Good job on your race. I've never run a 10K that fast before...maybe some day.....

Beautiful photos but I think this is the first and last snow here for this winter. I am very angry with your squire, we don't have any running photos of the 10k!!!!
