I am a mild over pronator

New running shoes are still in their packing box.. Last week I  bought a pair of Asics Gel - Kayano 20, after I had got my style analysed in a specialist running shop in Rome. I am a mild over pronator, that's why I chose a shoe that gives more arch support.

Weather is still hot although Summer is sadly over. And I am ready for a couple of gloomy months, when days get shorter, temperatures drop and the rain settles in. We might enjoy a second summer in the Southern Hemisphere. Have you never escaped the European and North American winter and spent some time on the other side of the world?
Nice week to everyone!

I've never had a northern hemisphere winter so I must be the envy of all you people who suffer through long, dark, dismal months. Our winter is almost glorious. There's rarely any rain so it's hard to complain when the skies are blue.

Yes, the cold and rain is about to hit us here in Belgium as well...

Yep Summer is definitely over, we are having our first Autumn storm here today but I actually look forward to my walk with Bella this evening, I love walking in storms. I never wanted to escape Winter because I love all seasons. I couldn't live somewhere where it's always Summer or always raining.

I always buy Brooks Adrenaline, I'm an overpronator too.

Sto pensando alla Corsa del Ricordo........ che ne dici?

I hope you get to do that race. I can't wait to read about it. Enjoy your new shoes.
