First race in 2013

I am so glad to see my friend Stefano back running a race in our town. Yesterday, we ran a short race on a sunny  Sunday and everything was perfect:  friendly atmosphere, good organization and a lot of runners (some people came from Rome and surrondings). The average pace was sub 5 min./km.
I really enjoyed the event  although after the ordeal the two black Knights didn't get any loot :)
Happy running to all my blogger friends!

I see you are sporting your Birthday Gift! Nice! sub 5 min 1000m's. Very good. Was this a 5k? No Loot? That's okay. I am glad to see you two at it again! Take care and take care.

That sounds like a great race. Except for the no loot part but we often don't get any stuff after a race over here so I wouldn't find it unusual. Glad to see that Stefano could do the race too. That's fantastic after all the injuries he's had.

Thank you for the post, the mention and all the help that you gave me during the race.
As you can see, in the first photo you have a big smile and look relaxed while I am very very tired.
The Blck Knight Army rules again!!!

Thanks for your comment. Sad day in Boston, but this cowardly act will not keep us from coming back and doing the things we love to do in life. It just gives greater cause to fight back even more! Run on my brother...

In order to make your runs better and better your body should be able to perform its best. I have found a way to keep good shape without overtraining and without exhausting my body. Right nutrition is one of the key factors. Still, sometimes everyday meals can not provide all necessary nutrients. That is why I am taking nutritional supplements. As I am strongly opposed to all kinds of chemicals, I was looking for the natural supplement, consisting basically of vitamins. And I have found the one - Multipurpose High-Potency Super Nutritional Complex by Military Grade. It keeps me toned and prepared for my best runs.
